Shine Like a Star in the Sky | High Performance Alchemy

When I was traversing in the high altitudes of the Himalayas, the one thing we always looked out for was the North Star. The mountains were remote and there were no signboards or anything of that sort.

The only thing that was constant was the North Star – which kept telling us that we were moving in the right direction. And if you want to create successful change, it’s time to identify your own North Star – the one goal that keeps you focused and gives you reassurance.

A strong desire to succeed acts as a powerful motivator. It propels you forward, fuels your ambition, and drives you to take action. When you have a burning desire to achieve something, you are more likely to push through obstacles and setbacks, even in the face of fear.

Are you someone who thrives on constant change or someone who abhors it? Some of the greatest game-changing shifts happen when you begin to adapt to the situation and work from where you are with what you already have.
Whether you’re a CEO, Entrepreneur or Artist, it’s highly critical that you turn into a person who strongly believes that change is for the better. Making changes in your life does not have to consist of making radical changes.

In the fast-paced world we live in, filled with a barrage of information and constant distractions, the ability to retain and recall information is more crucial than ever. As we navigate the challenges of work, learning, and personal development, one powerful tool stands out in the journey to enhance our cognitive abilities – the art of repetition. The human brain is a remarkable organ, capable of astonishing feats. Its plasticity, or the ability to reorganize and adapt, is at the core of our learning and memory processes. Repetition, in various forms, serves as a key catalyst in shaping this plasticity, influencing the way our brains absorb, process, and retain information. Understanding the Mechanism: How Repetition Shapes the Brain Repetition is not merely a mindless rehearsal of information; it’s a deliberate and strategic process that engages the brain’s neural pathways. When we repeat a task or piece of information, we trigger a cascade of events in our brain. The process b...
