When we consistently think positive and empowering thoughts, we cultivate a mindset of optimism, self-belief, and resilience. This can lead to increased motivation, productivity, and overall success in various aspects of life.
Conversely, if we constantly dwell on negative thoughts, doubts, or fears, it can hinder our progress and limit our potential. Negative thinking can breed self-doubt, anxiety, and a sense of powerlessness, ultimately influencing our actions and holding us back from achieving our goals.
Such a sense of powerlessness does prevail when one constantly thinks about a probable job loss.
