Burnout? Sounds scary!

Burnout is harmful because it triggers a cascade of negative effects on your mental, emotional and physical health. Prolonged exposure to stress, a hallmark of burnout, can lead to significant changes in your brain and body. Firstly, burnout disrupts your brain's structure and function.
